horrible horrible. apparently, since i'm not quite 18, i'm supposed to have a parent sign saying i can come. it's dumb since i will be in a few months, but is ultimately not the problem. no where in the sign in process does it state this WHATSOEVER, and the only sign posted was stating children under 13 must be accompanied. so i wasted my morning and my gas, to only just be told this. not to mention it was brought to my attention in a very rude way. the lady had so much attitude for no reason and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and just glared at me until i walked out. reading the other 1 star reviews on here i see a lot of people have issues with the rude staff here. i will likely be canceling my membership as i do not want to go to a place with such rude staff and lack of communication on their policies.

My friend has a membership here, she took me with her last week, as the black card members can bring a friend. I loved it and wanted to get a membership, before leaving we had an issue with one of the staff members, her name was Genevieve she was very rude after only a few minutes of seeing how she was handling the situation I knew that this wasn't the gym for me. I encouraged my friend to cancel her membership. We're currently looking into other gyms in the area.
