Do not do business with this company. I understand that everyone wants to make a buck but they have no interest in the occupants. Some of the office personnel are nice manager not the manager. Will be writing there corporate office so they can provide a better understanding of what there policies are because a transfer and a new application are considered the same thing.

Yes the apts are outdated. You sorta get what you pay for there. I give it a mediocre rating partly because of that but mostly because our apt always smelled like whatever our neighbors were smoking, could not wait to get out of that situation. Also maintenance did not address our concern, thankfully that was minor. And we had black mold in the kitchen due to dysfunctional ventilation. Pros: We were glad for the amt of storage space we got in this place and the good washer dryer. Staff is friendly and we enjoyed the surrounding neighborhoods.

This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Maintenance is incompetent. Management is terrible. Don't bother telling them about whats wrong with your apartment because they will most definitely make it worse. Our toilets wouldn't flush and our tub wouldn't drain for weeks and when they finally replaced the toilets, they never came back to caulk them. Our neighbor had a leak and his ceiling has yet to be repaired. The only reason to live here is if you can't afford anything else. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. Oddly enough they can respond to a Google review in a couple hours but maintenance issues take weeks.

Been here for a good few years, have seen staff come and go but i can honestly say that i have not had any issues. People need to be realistic and understand that there are rules and policies staff needs to go by but mainly us as residents need to abide by. Currently the property is making a few upgrades with the amenities and i gotta say it's looking very nice. Sadly, i will be moving back home after graduation this summer and i have and will continue to recommend Woodland Creek. Thank you to the leasing and maintenance staff for being very attentive it is greatly appreciated.
