I have been leasing properties from Colonial Grand at Research Park since 2021. I have only great things about the support received from the office staff and the property maintenance teams. The office has always been quick to respond to my questions and requests. For example, Titiana, the property manager, reached out to me regarding an increase in my water usage because it was brought to her attention by maintenance. She scheduled maintenance to come and check for water leaks the same day. She and her team are very proactive! Dorie (Staff), Jen, and Chris (leasing agent) are phenomenal. I love them! Harlem, Rob, and Charles (maintenance staff) are incredible and always care for all my maintenance needs and concerns (Harlem rocks)! My only concern is parking; each tenant should have at least one designated parking for free. Titiana, the relationship you and your team build with your tenants is incredible! I recommend anyone needing to lease property in the area reach out to Colonial Grand at Research Park, ask for Chris or Jen, and they will take care of you. OMG!! Why you have so many roaches on the pool area at night I saw everywhere Tons of roaches and in the balcony I can't open the door because the roaches are coming in. I don't know what is the problem, that's a plague. Please do a pest control. Thank you!

Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
Yes, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
