The process of moving in here was an absolute breeze. Rachel, specifically, was amazing! That being said, I have been very disappointed since I've gotten here. I was told that everything in my apartment would be fixed within the first week.... 2 months later and 4 requests, no one has been in (including to fix a dishwasher). My next door neighbor is a heavy smoker and despite a complaint, the smell permeates into my apartment. In addition, my upstairs neighbors are very inconsiderate about their noise level and it constantly keeps me up at night. The community has trash overflowing and litter literally everywhere. Safe and cute community but it has been extremely frustrating.

The office personnel is prompt and professional. The maintenance staff does a great job maintaining the place I call home.
