The Bull House Apartments are ACTUALLY Luxury! There are so many things to be excited about for this property. I know some of it is silly, but I love having a key fob. A perfect location and touring has been incredibly nice. Kendall has been such a great sport with my numerous questions through the touring, renting and signing a lease. My cats and I are settling in well.

I’ve been a resident here for about a year and 6 months now. My experience has been unpleasant and management is completely unhelpful. No acknowledgment of concerns and no attempt to accommodate. Not a complex I’d recommend spending your money if you want to feel like a valued resident. August 2021, I experienced a large rock being thrown at my bedroom window. Breaking it and causing it to be repaired. November 2021, vulgar writings on my car and my tire valves were stolen. April 2022, waking up to a leak in the bathroom ceiling caused by a “painter leaving a toilet running” as I was told. I reached out to the Community Manager, Bret Smith, via email in regards to my dissatisfaction with my BullHouse experience and my concerns being unacknowledged and unaccommodated. I attached photos for each incident listed above as well. His response to my email only stated the date a contractor would come repair my ceiling from the leak. I responded to his email on April 22nd, 2022 and informed him due to my concerns and my terrible experience still being unacknowledged, I was not interested in renewing my lease. I received no response. My car was towed from the parking garage later that day on April 22nd and the towing company they hired, Unlimited Recovery LLC was extremely unprofessional. My car was towed incorrectly, causing damage to my car and causing my car needing to be towed from the tow yard to the dealership for repair. My experience picking up my car was also terrible. This is the type of unprofessional business they choose to employ. Don’t worry, after this terrible experience and my concerns going unacknowledged, I have the option to renew my lease with a 25% increase to the base rent pricing with no new amenities included in the complex. This complex also only has security cameras coming in and out of the parking garage. Consider your options before signing a lease with BullHouse Apartments.

Apartment living is not for everyone and at first we were nervous due to not living in an apartment in over 10 years. We have been here for 5 months and will be renewing for another 7 months (home is being built) Bret and Sydney are amazing and have always gone above and beyond. We are thankful for all the fun resident events and look forward to another lease term with Bullhouse staff and great neighbors…. We often tell them but thank you also to maintenance for all of your hard work.

The amenities here are really great and I love that I am able to work basically anywhere in the apartments. Especially at the rooftop lounge!! The wifi connection goes throughout the building which was such an added boost when working from home. Plus they have a snack area for my midnight cravings. I love the staff, the location, and the views!
