I have been leasing from The Berkeley At Southpoint since October 2021 and I am very satisfied with my experience so far! I had a change in plans and luckily I am able to renew my lease for another year. The process of applying, moving in, and submitting rent payments is easy. The neighborhood is peaceful and I've seen residents of all ages here. The location is great- less than a 10 minute drive to all essential businesses and walkable distance to the tobacco trail, Walgreens, Harris Teeter, etc. Everyone in the office is personable and attentive to the apartment complex. Shoutout to Karen; she is affable and has been a great help since I submitted my application! Maintenance lives in the apartment complex as well, which is convenient! Maintenance requests are also done in a timely manner and they are not invasive of your space. One time I was walking to take my trash out and he (the maintenance guy near apartment 800 with the cool boat) offered to take it for me without hesitation to save me a trip. I feel safe here, especially with the alarm systems in the apartment and the gated community. Overall, I've had a pleasant experience since moving in and I recommend living at The Berkeley At Southpoint :)

I love living here! My roommate and I appreciate that both rooms are fairly equal in size and all appliances are updated. The management is friendly and always helpful when we need assistance. Truly feel safe and so at home at the Berkeley.

I've lived at the Berkeley almost ten years. They ensure and follow up on all work requests in a timely manner. The grounds and building are well maintained (ice/snow removal on drive ways, sidewalks, and high traffic area. The staff are friendly and when possible respond quickly via phone calls, emails or personally. I would recommend them to family, friends, and visitors. The ensure we are notified if there are criminal activities occur or issues with pets waste, recycling or trash deposal. I was really impressed in their response to transfer to another apt. for health reasons.👍🏽
