This is the first time I’ve been back to this location since last year. I was happy the flies were gone and it appeared as if they have stepped up there game a little with cleaning. The staff was even friendly and that wasn’t quite the case a year ago. Today was worth the visit and retired a little hope for another visit.

My wife and I stopped by here to grab some coffee. Clark was very friendly and both of our coffees tasted great! My wife got the Hazelnut Latte and I got the Chai Tea Latte.

The worst experience at a Starbucks. I asked for a iced latte without the ice but I wanted on the side (my experience they put too much, even when you say lite ice)and they did not fill the cup up and had the audacity to say, they did not fill it up because I did not get any ice ( the worst customer service ever) and when I said something ( I was suppose to say something I spent money) to her. She took the cup and still did not even get it close to the rim. At this time I parked my car and took the cup back

Starbucks led me to disappointment this morning on my birthday. I understand that you are closed due to weather but there is a better way to say you are closed. I pulled in as usual with other cars in line. Little did I know they were closed. It seemed as if they doing the normal drive through. As other days when I come in there are usually cones blocking the driveway to let us know they are closed… this time there was no cones… no signs except on the drive through window no one sees until you’ll pull around. Next time put the sign on the drive through menu.. I also let the other 5 cars behind me know that you’re closed as well so they didn’t sit there for 15 mins like you let me sit there. All I ask is a better way to tell us that you’re not there. Thank you.
