Frustrated, I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Henderson Lowes for my 89 yr old parents because theirs was 20+ years old, etc. That was Feb 26, 2022 and it was delivered damaged , but they said that it could be replaced. Well that took month and half and countless calls and emails. And I live out of town and was not able to be there when they swapped the damaged one. I went to visit my parents 2 weeks later and the refrigerator was making a loud noise. So I googled it. Apparently, it wasn't level. Then I get a call a week later that it's leaking out of the front left side on a 6 week old refrigerator. And the hardwood floors are starting to buckle. So I called Lowes Appliance department where I purchased it from and he gave me a number to call. So after 8 attempts and hours on hold I got a Whirlpool representative who couldn't help me , so I was transferred 3 x to be told the earliest service appointment I could get was July 5 (a month away). So I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager, but was told they weren't available. So the woman that I was I talking to said that after 3 days it isn't Lowes responsibility and it goes to the Whirlpool representative and there was nothing they could do. Well , I can pretty much say the Henderson Lowes' Customer service is NONEXISTENT.

purchased over $1500 of flooring, shower door, faucets. was told it would be delivered on Monday, 4/25, between 8am-8pm. on sunday night, got a call saying order would be delivered on Monday between noon and 4pm. the order was never delivered and i was never contacted. i called the henderson store at 8pm and spoke with 2 people. i asked both about the order. the first one told me that i would have to call back at 6am the next day to speak directly with the 3rd party delivery people. i told her that was unacceptable, and i wanted to speak with a manager. a “head cashier” picked up and i asked to speak with a manager. she said one was not available and she could help me. when i explained the problem, she checked and said the delivery people were still out. i never got a call or delivery. so i still do not have my materials that were promised to be delivered on this date, and i still haven’t spoken with a manager. also, you should be able to call into the store and get an answer on a delivery, and not be told to call back the next day. if there was any other home improvement location close to me, i would cancel the order, but i’m stuck with waiting to see when i’ll get my materials. additionally, i had to stay home all day waiting for a phone call i never received. Follow up: I went to Lowe’s the next day, and some of my order was still on a flat cart in flooring. It had not been filled or loaded. The order was delivered two days later, and even then they forgot part of it and had to bring it later that day.

The worst !!! There is always 1000 people working and you have to go through about 5 before anybody can help you or tell you where anything is. My experience today was the worst. Sign in front of lumber read 13.99 . After loading get to the register it rings for 29.99 . After price check I was told an employee put the sign there while loading it. I get to the register with the same guy that just did my price check and he turns around and tells the cashier that I must of stuck it there! I was confused as to why he said that . Manager is called ,and he is no better stares me in the face like a deer and headlights. I explain the issue. He has like 3 workers try to prove to me why I shouldn’t get it for the price that was there. I understand that sometimes customers do try to get over , but they made no effort to fix someone else’s mistake with their customer. The cashier however was very sweet and patient, if I could rate her apart from the store as a whole she would get 5 stars.

Purchases Cabinets Countertop Washer/Dryer Refrigerator All other home related products A few weeks ago we embarked on a kitchen update project and decided to go through lowes for our major purchases. The appliances were a must and Lowes come through as promised with pricing and delivery. The second phase was to purchase a new countertop only to learn that our current cabinets would support the countertop we intended on purchasing. Our next action was to inquire about new cabinets. Our advisor pointed us towards cabinets that he said would be readily available when ordered. We completed the paperwork and paid for all the services. We got a call from the cabinet installer now, and he says the cabinets will not be in until January or February. We were initially told that by Thanksgiving we should be completed. Now, this puts a hold on everything else. I'm disappointed in how we were led down a path beyond the three day buyers remorse period. Lowes really needs to better explain challenges prior to asking for the check. Updated review: January 20, 2022 I have been working with Lowes since November to have cabinets installed. Whatever contract issue they were having with the initial installer is not my issue, but to subcontract out to Carolina Construction was even a bigger mistake. All I can say is $13,000 later, and this is what you get. Workers didn't clean up, doors, and drawers misaligned only to have handles put on anyway. See updated photos. I only hope the CEO Mr. Marvin Ellison is proud of the representation and treatment his company is portraying. This process has been a nightmare, and all I have to show is disappointment Just in case you're wondering, I've included some before photos as well.
