My family and I wanted to get iPhones. So we took our androids in and they were having a get $700 off when you get an iPhone. So we did. We have AT&T service already. So we paid off our androids in cash. Then we decide on 2 iPhone pro max and 2 iPhone 12 pros. We couldn’t just out right buy the phones which was our intentions. They told us that you’d have to do a 2 year contract to get the deal. So we went ahead and took the deal. But we paid for the balance of each phone after the $700 off deal. They asked if we wanted to turn in our old phones and we would get a $95 dollar discount per phone. We decided to keep them. Life gets busy but after a year we’ve notice that we were paying for the phones still. Went to the AT&T store where we bought and we were told ..No you have to trade in your phone to get the deal. That’s not what we were told. I’m very dissatisfied with their customer service.

This is one of the best AT&T stores that I have been to. Brian and Jason were amazing at helping my family and I upgrade our phones and fix our payments. I have to thank them for being very patient the past 2 weeks that I kept coming in and asking about my phone. They are really great people!
