Don’t come here, he told me a MacBook Air was $1,000 over the phone, I get there, do the financing option, and does not let me see the papers that I signed and once I get home I realize he charged me $1,300. That is illegal because there are laws that forbid companies from misleading consumers with deceptive product labels or false advertisements. The general consumer protection law in Texas is located in Chapter 17 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and is titled "Deceptive Trade Practices” section 17.46 states that doing that is illegal. If the owner is seeing this review, I expect a $300 refund or I will be asking for so much more in court. You have until 10/10/22 Monday October 10, 2022 to respond back and give me the refund or I will be seeing you in court. (Response to your reply) When the employee showed me the MacBook, he told me it was $1,000 that is why I decided to finance it. Taxes should have added $82.50 total being $1,082.50. It should have never been $1,300 total price. What I want is a new financing lease of the agreed amount of $1,000 including taxes $1,082.50 or refund me the difference. If you are willing to cooperate and update my lease then we can work something out and I will take the review down, if not, legal action will be taken.
