I walked in to the building to my scheduled appt and immediately I was greeted by a rude customer service girl who looked at me and out of the blue, she said No to me, then told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. It used to be a good experience at that store, now it has done a 180 and become a nightmare! All of the good reps are gone and all that’s left is trash! It’s a shame!

Very unhelpful and rude. And why are there so many police at the store and in the area? I don’t live in the area, but it seems to be very suspect, and the employees reflect what I imagine the neighborhood to be.

Went in to switch from Sprint to AT&T, I had a little difficulty with sprint releasing my phone. Adi was patient and offered me help through the confusing obstacles Sprint put me through! Overall, the transfer was quick and painless! Would come back again.
