I waited 6 months hoping something would change and I wouldn’t have to write this post and take my complaint to corporate, but here we are. Nice people to have a conversation with, but incompetent at their job. New clients since February and do we regret it! A switch of a phone bc of the color messed up our account and now I’m in collections with my previous provider. No one at the store caught the problem after speaking with them multiple times, until I called customer service and they found it. After it was fixed they couldn’t process the promotion they were advertising during the time we switched to them, which was the whole point of switching at that time. After a while of “trying” they just gave up, no more updates, no more returning calls from both Anthony Saeed (Sales Rep) and Moe (Store Manager), I believe that’s what they told his name was, I don’t know since he never returned my calls. So here we are now in collections for $400 and still no word from them. Worst decision we have ever made!

If I could give this company no stars I would, I had no issues until the credits I was promised never came, tried calling customer service and was told by the first supervisor I would be getting my credit only to call again and be told there was no record of a credit pending or me speaking with anyone, I then go into the store and speak with a manger who verified I was overcharged and due a credit of 150 dollars and that I showed having a request for a call back from management, he then stated I needed to contact the loyalty team as they couldn’t process that amount in store, I call customer service again and I speak with a another supervisor who tells me they will not authorize my credit and that the store could have processed it and I could go back and speak with them if I liked, I asked to speak with the loyalty team as they may be able to assist with the needed credit, to which they were unwilling to allow me to do, I call this loyalty team # only to be told that it is just customer service and I have already been told they will not authorize this credit and I should stop calling customer service- this was by far the worst experience in customer service I have experienced and I hope these calls are recorded so that no other customer has to go through this, horrible attitude and no care for people who buy from them.

No one calls back. Business account rep is horrible. We still have issues with billing and have never been able to get the One Talk working for our company.

I've had better luck with Bluetooth
You could replace the battery but maybe the phone might need software update! I've had my phone so strange things prior to any updates including random shut downs. Sometimes traveling between cell towers affects phone also I've noticed
