I had a family emergency and needed to check out early. I booked through Expedia, so I was advised by the front desk attendant to let them know. Upon, contacting Expedia to see if I could get refunded back the days that I wasn’t going to stay, they stated that they needed to contact the hotel manager in the matter. Expedia contacted the front desk while I was still at the hotel, and they were told that the manager wasn’t there and will not return until a couple of days since it was on a weekend. But this was not true about the manager. When I went back to the room to retrieve the rest of my belongings, I had noticed the manager speaking to the front attendant (whispering in their ear). Before leaving, I asked the front desk attendant was that the manager you were speaking with and they stated “yes.” I get hotels have strict refund policies, but there is no reason to avoid/lie to people. In addition to not getting refunded back for the days I did not stay, the hotel was not up to part. Yes, it was clean. However, it is dark and dungeon feeling, the toilet paper holder was surrounded by rust, and the nightstands were all scratched up. The only good thing about the room was the bed was comfortable and breakfast is good. I definitely would not recommend staying here and I advised my family members, friends and neighbors if they were to ever travel to Henderson, “DO NOT” book at this hotel.

The Hotel per say was ok. I thought it would have been better . I will never come back there. There is NO safety or protection of the Hotel. People can walk off the streets and come in the pool. That's not safe. Thank You!

Checked in 062622 and checked out on June 30. The room was fine but the bathroom had mold or mildew on the ceiling. I sure hope I don't get sick from it

Positive: It was easy to check in and out. Negative: Lack of visible security and the breakfast options were limited. I kept hearing loud bangs, seems to be from the room above that was quite annoying.
