Carpets are absolutely filthy. Shower curtain has black mold on it. Chairs are filthy. Roaches in microwave and fridge.

This hotel has many good qualities. It also has many negatives. The maids need seriously, an attitude adjustment. One maid in particular not only argues with the customer but actually tries to get them in trouble. 😵‍💫 People come to the rooms for different reasons, NONE of them come to this motel to be disrespected by the maid. If MGMT changed employees, maybe the motel would have a chance. Also, No one wants to sleep on a bed that no one changes.The top comforter gets changed once in nine months that I've been here. Gross.

I came on a night when all the internet was down in two full counties - needed to get some work done and I thought a hotel would be a good way to burn the midnight oil without disturbing my family. That said, the front desk couldn't accept my credit card so I had to pay cash - there was no deposit. Scottish Inns is closeby to where I live, and relatively inexpensive. I believe I paid $56 after tax for the night. Most hotels in this area are kind of beaten down - they've seen better days. This one is not the MOST well maintained, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and stocked. Not to mention huge! Fridge and microwave are included, and the bed was comfy. If you absolutely HAVE to stay in this area, I recommend you choose this place.
