The Walmart in Henderson NC is really a nice store. It's the parking lot that is so scary because of crime. To many suspicious looking characters hanging out in the parking lot. Don't go by yourself.

I am continually disappointed with their pick up service. Today I had a question and was told, get your phone. I thought she was going to show me something in the app but she just started giving the customer service number rather than attempt to fix a simple problem while I was there (some of the order wasn't mine, just wanted some clarification before leaving). The associate Andrea? maybe refused to tell me her name. Most of her name tag was covered but I got a glimpse. Refused to put groceries in my car and walked away as I was trying to ask if there was someone I could talk to. I got refunded over 20$ in mistakes (after talking on the phone for 30 minutes) and ended up with several items that weren't part of my order or substitutions. Another time walmart decided to ship my chocolate to me in the mail. It was June and so it melted. Then they said I had to ship it back to get a refund. Lucky the customer service number was helpful but nothing about this service is convenient.

Not sure, I guess all Walmarts now keep pallets of unopened boxes all around the store. Doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. Beyond that, it was okay. The carts were pushed up one-by-one in the vestibule so I was able to quickly take one instead of fighting to yank one out of the row. I think my cashier was irritated that I asked for some price checks, but they wouldn't come up on the Walmart app so I had no choice. Easy parking and entrance/exit.

Every time I pick up my online grocery order something is missing. I don't mean occasionally, I mean EVERY time. No, I'm not talking about substitutions or items out of stock, I'm talking about items I was charged for that were not in my order. And when you check in, within a few minutes it says your order was picked up, yet you may still be sitting there an additional 30 minutes! Never seen a Walmart like this.
