Terrible apartments. Manager is ghetto and instead of answering our calls while on the job, she’d rather take personal calls. We pay monthly for pest control and the whole year we have been here, they have not stopped by once. The AC hardly works. Place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. No matter how clean our house is we still see them around. Maintenance issues that were reported over 6 months ago still not resolved. Rent is cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently took the position of Property Manager, the management company is excellent, the pay is also competitive. The rents are affordable and the apartments are remodeled with reserved parking. These are a few of the great things at this community.

All those who comment positive things are a lie this place is disgusting it only looks good from the outside. Inside they are badly repaired, the air does not work, the heating either and the manager is very rude to all the people only when they make the contract, she behaves well then she gets upset about everything and is very arrogant and is never there if you plan to move, luck in having to wait months for them to pay you a visit 🎉🎉

Barley any parking spaces because they are all reserved....the manager RARELY answers the phone or not at all...i been having maintnance problems for 3 months and still nothing.
