Hello! I been here almost 2 years now. Management is HORRIBLE. I have had 9 Maintenace requests for the same issue and nothing has been done. My dishwasher has mold in it and has never been fixed. I keep telling the office this and kept being told a dish washer was ordered and will be installed. My toilet upstairs is broken, and I would have to flush it from the inside and take the top part off. Every time it rains it POURS in my house.. in my room my kids room and the living room and maintenance still will not fix the cracks. But you guys have the audacity to have "strict rules" on parking but can not fix anything on time! You guys do not make your tenants priority. I pay my rent on time every time, I never have been late and never had an issue with you guys until now! I will be reporting you today to the city with pictures of my dishwasher and all the maintenance requests that i have been put in because this should have not been a issue to begin with! There's no management in the office or property Yolanda does not work there anymore so quit with the response with her name and number on it. Maintenance is lazy they don't fix nothing on time. They blame everybody in office for not getting requests. My neighbor is a huge hoarder and nothing has been done about this either! Dumpsters are always full and never emptied. Don't even bother "Yolanda" to respond to this review either! Your never in the office and never helped me either. You don't even work for Lake Colony anymore 😅 One last thing.. maintenance did leave a box of the dishwasher today in my living room..but never communicated with me about the repair.. maintenance dropped it off and never came back. As if im the one to install it myself. 🤣🤣You guys are so lazy. ❌️

I don’t know if you would call it rude or lazy . But I first found these apartments maybe a month ago . I sent out an inquiry form , never got a response . So I called a couple times , never got an answer. Then I emailed . And the times are about the same . They, not they (Gladys) wait until the end of the day to respond. And then she respond with short text. As if she doesn’t want people to move in . You have to send multiple emails to even get a reply . Once I’m moved in I definitely won’t bother with the office, if I get a chance to move in that is . I’ll update when I finally hear back . I wish apartment complexes would actually take reviews into consideration , apartments seem like trash because horrible management that simply won’t get replaced with better people .

Please save yourself the trouble and keep searching!!!! I am a CURRENT resident. The Maintenance ppl are nice BUT they are trash! I recently had my roof fall in!!! When I contacted the rent office the first thing they asked is “Did you put in a work order?” My child’s room is destroyed and no one is putting any effort into getting the issue resolved! They haven’t even tarped the roof to somewhat resolve the issue. When asked about locating to a different unit I was told “There’s nothing we can do you have to contact your renters insurance” Living here is a safety hazard.Save yourself the TIME&MONEY.
