I was staying at the Red Roof because I was in between a place to stay. I wasn’t charged when I was supposed to be and I was NOT compensated and my account was thrown into the negative. Julia talked shxt to me! Everyone was nice except for the Manager, Julia. She was rude and unruly!

I found that king size bed wasn't very comfortable. The toilet was so LOW, like being in an elementary school bathroom toilet. With bilateral knee replacement I was very disappointed. Since covid, rooms are cleaned every other day. This place is under renovation. The ladies at the front desk were nice, professional and helpful. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Realistic Cow

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at please if your reading this please reconsider staying here. We arrived at the hotel and checked in and are room had half of floor gone and when we checked out we got changed a 75$ “fee” that they said would go away but refused to take to charge away! All in all please don’t go here go find somewhere else.

Continental breakfast was vending machine snacks in a brown bag. Place smelled of smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. Everything runs on quarters. Fitness area is a room with treadmills stacked in the center of a room. Bed frames are creaky, loud and flimsy. No water fountains. Terrible experience
