Don't waste your time you will prob not get your food. Went 3 times in 1 month and never got pizza. Waited in line for over 20 min without moving. Then all 3 people in line left.

Pretty dirty store as you can see in the picture, and the employees couldn't care less about the store or the customers. Placed an order through the app at 8:20 pm. It said my order would be ready by 8:45. 8:50 and still no notification. 8:54 I get a notification stating it's ready but couldn't be put in the portal. Ok, fine. As long as it's ready. I go inside and no one is around. I hear talking in the back but I wait patiently. Another person comes in to wait. Then another. Im curious to see just how legendarily bad the customer service is at this store so I just wait A woman comes up to the front to greet the second person that arrived because she is familiar with her. I start to realize my superpower is the ability to not exist. 9:04 and they haven't even spoken to me. I get a notification that my order is ready and waiting (that's hot). I finally get their attention and they go to look for my order. 5 minutes later she comes back and says they can't find it. They don't know if it was given to someone else or just never made. They can remake it or give me a refund. I ask them to remake it. It's been an hour since I ordered it. I probably should have asked for both. And a drink. And stuffed bread sticks. 9:34 and I finally get my food and say goodbye to the other customers I bonded with at this pizza prison. I've typed this all out as I wait in line in the drive thru to give them another chance. Order placed around 7:31. It's 8:10 and there are still 2 cars ahead of me. The lobby is closed because no one wants to work here.
