My seven year old grandson will always look at our four corners of fast food and whatever line is shortest he will say for example Burger King has no line so we'll go there grandma and that's exactly what we did. The service was without a smile but the food was hot this time. We don't go to Burger King that often because I usually go into Henderson because their food is always fresh and hot and they serve their food with a smile. Oxford do better with your food and your smiles.

Went through the Drive thru to get a large onion ring and 2 Milkshakes. The lady on the speaker didn't say how much the total was, just to pull up to the 2nd window. She then told us the total was $10.11 after we pulled up to the window. They gave us 1 straw at first, then handed us our milkshakes and 2 more straws. Took about half a minute to give us our onion rings, but when I opened the bag, there were no napkins, which is alright, since I had some in the car, but I didn't get a receipt either. Which feels kinda sketchy since they didn't tell me how much it was at first, and since I didn't get a receipt I can't do the survey to tell anyone about it. I just have to assume that $10.11 is the right price for 2 Milkshakes and a large onion ring.

The wait time was so ridiculous' with our car included it was 4 cars an we were made to pull down to wait for our food . We had to go in to get the food .Lack of help for sure . Food taste like it was fried in the same grease . My mom ordered fish an I ordered chicken it TASTED STRAIGHT LIKE FISH .I didnt even eat it . Over an hour wait for food. Will not recommend to anyone .

The girl taking the orders was very arrogant when we questioned our order even raising her voice at us. At the window, we questioned again our total. I finally told her to just give me my receipt. We were asked to pull up. I had asked for a separate bag where I could separate the order and I had requested sweet and sour sauce. The girl which brought my order out had one sweet n sour sauce in the bag for 16 nuggets. When we ask for more, she rudely said. You have to pay for it. I told her No, we got 16 nuggets. She went back in and brought me one more sauce and one bag as I had previously requested. I asked her why they were being so rude. She said it has been a long day. I said. yeah for everyone. You need to chill out! This is the worse customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. Bitter employees with attitudes.
