No words are adequate enough to describe this wonderful place. It must be experienced to understand. A few feeble attempts though: God centered, instant sense of community, fulfilling work, joyous staff and volunteers, simply amazing.

Gleanings for the hungry has a wonderful outreach program. They allow people to come and help package food for those in need. Truly a wonderful program.

It's a missionary base
I would call the office and they can tell you for sure but I don't think you should give out anything that's past date.
You need to contact them and ask. It's a wonderful place to go. I did it and loved the experience. The people are wonderful. The food is also great. Such a fond memory.
It is a non profit missions organization with Youth With A Mission. We make and process food to send out to counties in need every week.
