went to immediate care, brother was crying in pain.didn’t want to see him due to not having a parent authorization.. i’m his grown sister, i asked what medicine can he take since they can’t see me or not prescribing anything. she said she couldn’t tell me.. just say ibuprofen it’s one word.. say a drugstore medicine my god..

Horrible place. Staff doesn’t really seem to care about patients was waiting for 3 hours with my daughter screaming and crying and she told me wait time was an hour which I’m fine with but it wasn’t an hour. All they did was shut the door when my daughter was crying I ask how much longer they said there’s one person in front of me. But I first got to the room they said there 2 people in front of me. So 2 hours go pass and they only got to 1 person? They didn’t seem to care at all nor tried to help speed the process along. But the nurse practitioners were all sitting down talking about how all the children are crying but don’t help get us out of there quicker . Ridiculous never going back and wasted an entire morning for them not to even help me with my daughter.

I have had Dr. Neilish Shah as my PCP for many years and he is outstanding! Super knowledgeable and very caring. I also have had wonderful experiences with the staff as well as the Practice Manager of this facility. Highly recommend this medical practice!

I have just had one of the worst experience while being in medical office. After my son's Pediatric visit he has been directed to have a blood work in the lab. As all of You moms out there probably know my son did not take a news well and cried a lot. I calm him down and went when I was directed. To the lab. There is a requirement to be registered . The LADY in the window has been very unhappy with me even approaching her, keep telling me that I don't have appointment made, I tried to explain that I just have been directed here by a doctor. After I start spelling our last name She refused to check us in and directed to do it on-line . We left the building.
