Yes they have appointment but they don't answer the phone much i always stop by and make one for an hour or so later and i save hours of waiting

It's not closed they just don't answer their phone. Also just a lil heads up... they don't accept appointments. It's walk in only. Be prepared to be there 1-2hrs.

I would say this! I don’t care how inexpensive it is to have your nails done there, it is still common courtesy to treat us as normal customers and answer the phone. When you don’t give customers the courtesy of answering the phone in other words you’re saying we’ve gotten too busy To run this like a civilized business. Even the most posh businesses hires someone to answer the phone to service the customers… The irony of it is if everybody stuck together and just said you guys need to step up your game and answer the phone for the convenience of your customers if we are stopped going there and they lost business I bet they would treat everybody like valuable customers then! In this lazy society. you have to train people to treat you like you want to be treated… If we allow them to continue to treat everybody like just a herd of cows then this will continue. But if we make them show us respect to earn our business then they will have to do that!
