Habitat Restore is a great place to shop. I have bought a lot of great stuff there over the years. One of my most useful purchases was an old medal tool box with drawers. These things are so expensive new. It was a little rusty in places, but a little sand paper and paint took care of that. It is only one of many items I have purchased, but I use it every day. And the money went to a wonderful cause.

Available products not guaranteed. Depends on what you're looking for. Prices are all over the place. Some cupboards, doors, windows and hardware. Mostly household goods and light fixtures. Lots of bric a brac and knick knacks.

This place should be a blessing to those in need. But the items are almost always priced way too high; except for the light bulbs. Once I donated a pair of very nice, expensive lamp shades, and; I only asked that Habitat staff price the shades no more than $5 to $7 each or reasonably low. When I revisited the shop, I noticed that the lamp shades were priced at nearly $20. This was disappointing to me. Nevertheless, great job on the cost of those light bulbs!
