Omg it was the absolute worst. They had no chicken and had to wait 20 minutes to get some that was fried way too hard and over seasoned. I spent over 30 dollars on food I couldn't even eat. It was filthy outside and so much worse on the inside. They need new management to clean that place up or start the paperwork on closing it up for good. Total loss of money and waste of time waiting. The Mac and cheese tasted scorched like it came out the bottom of the pan. Creepy with the activity going on outside and around the property. Not safe at all.

This was the worst experience ever. I went to this location traveling through the area. The workers were sitting outside smoking. Three customers were in line with no workers in the store. A worker came back in the store took the ladies order. Fixed their order and clocked out. Leaving me standing there waiting. The manager I guess that what she was she takes my order and starts cussing that she has sh*t to do and starts breaking down food before fixing my order. Never again.

Stopped on the way back to VA on 3/30. Although they were understaffed, the service was top notch. The team ran like a well oiled machine. The food was fresh and every member of the team was pleasant.
