Had a wonderful wonderful time, staff were great, food and drinks were great, Covid prevented us exploring on our own, the only down side was that once the fun pass had run out it kept letting my son play but charged to my credit card, this was never explained and when questioned about this was told my fault for not putting a cap on it.

MSC has the best ships for couples looking to get away. Yes kids will be entertained but it's harder to entertain adults and this ship knew just how to do it and do it perfectly.. we had a ball. Thank you guys for the great food, drinks and service!

Super friendly staff but issues communicating. Food was average EVERYTHING needed salt. Buffet was not nearly as good as other Lines. Boat was 1/4 full so no waiting. Overall if your not picky it was a OK experience. If the boat you're considering is full I'd go elsewhere.

Went on my first cruise ever. Found an itinerary that worked on MSC Meravaglia. It left from Port Canaveral and hit Nassau and Ocean's Cay then back to Port. The capacity was less then 50% which may have added to my enjoyment. I must say it exceeded my expectations. For a ship that was about 5 years old it was beautiful and clean. The Swarovski staircase was stunning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bars were a little overwhelm at times. Dining We had a late seating at one of the dining restaurants. Our server was Kim Mendez who is an assistant waiter working his way up. Partnered up with him was Merza. They were both top notch and one of the reasons we went back to the dining room vs. one of the other dining options. Food was hit and miss. Market buffet for breakfast was fine. The pizza place by the pool was top notch. Like your typical napoli pizza. Not everything on the included dinner menu option was good but not all was bad either. We did splurge with the the surf and turf and it was very good and fresh. I would recommend that for at least one night if you like that. Ocean's Cay We opted to explore around first before trying to get drinks and some food. We hit the lighthouse bar around noonish and got a snack and some drinks. Then we tried to hit the bar by the lagoon around 3:30 and they were closing shop along with the food. We were not expected back on board until 5:30. This was a little disappointing. I understand this may be one way to herd the folks back on board or I know some of the staff working on the island bars are also the same folks who work on the ship so maybe they were trying to give them a break or get them ready for the ship. Bars Most of the bars were very friendly and great. They were a little overwhelmed at times with the number of customers. They kept their stride and hospitality in check. Drinks were good. I would recommend hitting up some of the less popular bars during peak times. My favorite bar was the Sky Lounge. 21+ and fully vaccinated to enter. It was beautiful and elegant lined with a wall of glass for watching sunsets and relaxing. Rooms Clean and spacious. We had an interior room and it was more spacious then I expected. I have seen pictures of other cruise ship rooms that were tiny. Everything was clean and well stocked. Overall I would cruise with MSC again. I really enjoyed it minus a few minor things that fell short.

Normally the Company il serious And don't have any problem to return money in some ways
No. This is a cruise company.
Around 11am to noon would be the earliest
Good answer...its impossible because there are too many variable. My suggestion is to decide how long you want to cruise for, or choose an itinerary and then see whether it's what you want to pay. cruises are enjoyable and you can control the costs and have plenty fun. Go for it, you only live once.
