I am literally never shopping here again. After working here, being a credit card holder and an Ambassador, their company views on customer service and remediation has dwindled down to non-existent. I am now out of $50 gift card, the charge on my card and the merchandise I wanted in my size because of a site error that was not a result of anything on my end. Though the customer service team was friendly, the manager refused to help me with my issue or give me another option. Now they won't refund my gift card, since my items are out of stock and they can't refund the posted charge on my card for the difference, because it "doesn't exist" in their system. I recommend staying away from this website and company. EDIT: After writing this review, Express reached out to me to resolve the issue. They granted back the balance to my gift card and apologized for the customer service I received. I appreciate their efforts to turn my latest experience into a better one!

I buy about $1000 in clothes at least spring and summer. Now they won’t let you put on a shirt to see how it looks on you only because that won’t take out the clips and fold it back. That’s utter laziness. The manager wasn’t even friendly about it. He was quite smug. You know that scene in Pretty Woman when she entered an expensive store? Yeah and express isn’t even expensive.

Gorgeous selection of great styles and looks. Attentive and helpful staff and always a clean and well organized store. Great mall location, great return policy and fitting rooms. Never crowded and always has the latest fashions. Highly recommend, my favorite place to shop locally. Many coupons online and a helpful staff to get them applied to your order.

I was really blown away at how bad my experience just was. I went Tuesday Nov 21st 2017 It was so bad that you couldn't even purchase anything The person supposed to be helping me waiting on me was so incredibly rude that it wasn't even a functioning situation. I work in Fort Lauderdale but live in Miami and I would usually go to Aventura or another store and I generally know that Broward is just an awful ghetto town to begin with but this was actually to the extreme I don't think I've ever even written a customer review for a clothing store.
