Super Rude Lady running the store. I am a foreigner to this Indian Culture/clothing. No one else in the store and was treated like a horrible person for asking questions. Was laughed at by the lady when I asked questions. Was not told prices of items unless I was going to buy it, she would not even give me the price range. Was told where I could look and yelled at if I looked at anything different. Boxes of textiles everywhere but told I could not go thru them, I was looking for a particular color/style. Than when I saw something I loved I was told I could not try it on. A complete nightmare of a women running the store so I left. Horrible Horrible experience. What a shame to have such a rude person running the store. I pray the owner has audio/video in the store to see how customers are treated like garbage. I went to Chhabras a few miles away and bought two outfits there for upcoming events, they had more options, everything has a price and size, two open fitting rooms even though they were busy the guy and his wife would acknowledge me and come find me when they finished with their customers, 100 times better customer service. Will take my Father back to Chbabras for his outfit search (plenty of lovely men outfits) because I would not let Monas' disgusting employee treat my father badly. The photo is of a nice mans outfit at the Mona's Fashion window but little did I know the horrible treatment that awaited me inside.

We purchased my Mehndi Night Lengha , and applied two advanced payments toward two other outfits at Mona’s. Mind you this purchase was 2 years ago . My wedding was moved two times due to the pandemic and me being a health worker especially during this pandemic in a hospital go figure . Today we returned and mind you I am the same size a bit smaller than I was when I returned . Last year I came for my fitting and we had the right sizes but it so happen “her seamstress sewed it “4 inches smaller “ than what was written on the paper . Mona’s fashion lack honesty and it lacks customer service and Happiness . The woman who works there lacks compassion and she likes to shame people because of their size , she needs to look at herself in the mirror . God puts special people on this earth to help others feel better about themselves and look beautiful . She is only down for the money . Her outfits fall apart after purchase and the beading are dry rotted , mind you the outfit my mom placed a deposit on fell apart in two seconds of touching the outfit . . I’m sorry I wasted my money there , but I highly recommend going to Silar’s which is 15 minutes away and you get beautiful quality clothes for a better price and quite honestly what I purchased from Monas is going in the trash because the outfit is already dry rotted and they didn’t even alter to the righ adjustments nor did they fix the zipper they broke . GO TO SILAR’s on 441 As to her response that shows exactly what type of customer service you get . My vacation to Trinidad was for a family affair which owes no explanation to this woman . She does not have a policy set in stone in regards to what she implies . I had a wedding dress consult when I got my lengha measurements and she was sized off by 4 inches . That same wedding dress which was altered the same time those adjustments still fits and now loosely . So never would I ever recommend a disrespectful woman’s company ever . You need to stop degrading your customers and look at your shop . Your company is not enforcing no policy besides a no exchange or no refund sign that you placed on a board . You didn’t even write on our receipt payments made in cash . You only marked what you wanted to mark as far as a credit card purchase . You are a complete scam . And for every health worker who ever comes to your shop for a lengha I hope they know you don’t care for those who didn’t have time to get 2 seconds to themselves while fighting for others lives . That’s why I couldn’t run up the road to buy get a top that still was off measurements . By your comments and disgusting mannerism and negative rebuttals it shows truly what you and your shop stands for . Stop contradicting yourself you told us we had to pay for the alterations and when I came back you said oh no she didn’t alter the size to the correct size I’m sorry I will have her do it again . Stop it enough there are a lot of reviews on other websites about your scam and your manner less behavior .
