I had the pleasure of bumping into Debbie on my way into the mall to visit Old Navy. She had the most welcoming energy and told me she was a manager at Bath &Body Works. I was greeted immediately by equally welcoming staff! Well done B&BW, You just became my new store of preference. Again, I want to say how great Debbie was!

A year ago I wrote a not so great review at Old Navy (see pic). Today was epic. The best friendliness customer service that I have experienced in probably the last 2 years. This store is definitely under new leadership and it shows. Oh- and great deals on clothes.🤗

The customer service was okay, it was 8:30 and the store close at 9 and they were already ready to close the store. No help on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting for this to be old Navy they need to put in brand new toilets. And this is pictures of all three bathrooms.i had to use the restroom but I refuse to use the bathroom with it looking like this. This definitely a no goo for me.
