Walked around for 40 minutes trying to figure out what I’d need for a new water hose setup with the properly sized spigot/adapters. Nobody helped, every employee walked by me and went straight to the back. So I dropped my stuff right in the middle of the floor and walked out. I would t recommend this Lowe’s to anyone who actually needs help.

I love this store! I could spend hours and hours in it just looking for new ideas for my home to do for myself. This is the best well stocked lowes that I’ve ever been in. I was shocked at how well the inventory was. And the staff was very friendly and ever aisle I walked through someone asked if I needed any help. I would strongly recommend this loves to anyone looking to get home repairs done.

What's there to say, Lowe's has everything including the kitchen sink!😀. Parking was a little on the irritating side, but aside that my visit was good. Even found a sale on cordless tools I couldn't resist!

The Lowes of Porters Neck is by far the worst Lowes you could possibly go to. My experience was 9 pro desk employees would not even acknowledge after I repeatedly asked someone to check me out with a phone sale. When I complained to cooperate and they reviewed the video footage I waited 13mins in line. One line with no one in it wouldn't do it at all. The 2nd line had a guy with a stack of plywood with no price tags so you know what that means. Meanwhile 9 people 5feet from me would not even speak to me when I was trying to get them to help me. Management tried to keep it in house. I contacted cooperate to get this corrected. There are 3-4 Lowes in close distance in Wilmington. There are 2 Home Depots in Wilmington. In 30 plus years of building in Wilmington I have never experienced that. I would recommend going to any of the other stores before going to the Porters Neck . Obviously customer service is not there priority. Spend your money where they appreciate your business and share with everyone you can. I work hard for my money and I expect to be treated with respect after all we the customers pay there weekly checks and keep Lowes cooperate bosses paid !!
