I've been going to this practice for several years and everyone I've dealt with has been kind and helpful. They're very understanding and have never forced any unnecessary tests or medication. I don't know if they would claim to be practitioners of Health At Every Size but they've never made me feel bad about my weight and didn't bat an eye when I declined to be weighed.

Office staff is not that great on following up. I've had return phone calls 2-3 weeks later (to tell me that the person I need to talk to will be out of the office for a week!). No return calls in some cases, unless it's for surprise billing fees $15 to verify medication prescription $5 for Rx refill! I love the doctors, and a couple of the staff(hence 2 stars)....but office staff...such a disconnect! I was clinical manager at a practice and we worked within our scope of practice to ensure the physicians didn't have to worry & returned calls in a couple of days. I'm looking for a new PMD for my family now(all 5 of us). So disappointed.
