My wife pays our bill through a bank draft and she accidentally keyed in the wrong amount that was lower than the amount due last month. We left on a trip and came back Friday May 27th to find out our gas had been turned off and we'll have to wait till June 1st to have it turned back on. No hot water for us. No notices, nothing, except the bill for the next month showing the unpaid balance from the previous bill in our mail. When we change out our heat units we're going with heat pumps and we'll soon be replacing our water heater with a new programmable one. We've been a customer for 16 years and never missed a payment.

Was out of my apartment for an entire month except for move-out day and was somehow billed over $50 for gas heating. When called, the representative was extremely obtuse and claimed we must have used up that much gas while moving even when told the heating was not on while doing so. Would love to say I will never use their services again but unfortunately they're basically a monopoly so good luck with that.
