Poor quality, my vehicle came in clean and shiny working just fine no problems and it left with the backup camera, steering buttons, and audio system not working, horrible car wash that I didn't request. All over a simple key programming. Poor poor experience.

Steve and Luis are awesome! My husband and I bought two Audi’s and basically spent their entire shift with them, but it didn’t feel like that. At the end of the day, we felt like friends. The dealership itself offers a lot of snacks and beverages, which was nice! 100% recommend buying a car here!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service dept is so inadequate its ridiculous. It was suppose to take them 1-2 hrs for a update on my audi and took them 6 hrs. They don't communicate with you at all just make excuses and want to money dime you to death. I was told that there was a audi dealership in Tenn that the service depth is awsome. I will definitely be checking into them!!!

If I could offer less than one star, I would. Hear me out. I gave them not one, not two, but three tries to work with me in servicing my Audi SQ5. I'll spare the incredibly shocking details of total and complete incompetence and give you the bottom line. They actually tried to charge me $3k for something that was covered under warranty. They claimed it wouldn't be covered and I knew better, so I left and took it to another Audi dealer - 90 mins out of my way, and voila, it was covered. I think it was a total scam. All I can say is if these guys suggest something isn't covered under warranty or that you need work -- get a second opinion. That example above was not my only experience there on similar circumstances. They should be put out of business. Either they truly are incompetent, or there is a serious money making scam targeting naive customers -- which I am not.
