never allow someone to talk to you like your a dog about your loan agreements if your late BC your waiting for a replacement debit card in the mail these Rita and The manager Shawn were ridiculous after I got the loan I communicated my situation and then to have them talk to me like I was beneath them told me comments such as this is a long time coming and harassing me over a situation I have a police report on shame on their customer appreciation and I would not call that service talking like that to anyone like I was talked to nothing was done when I asked to speak to the manager she told me I was getting short with her well what do you think a smart relic is no one I prefer to do business with great understanding people...

Always been pleasant. If you left a bad review it’s probably cause you welched on your payment and failed to let them know in advance you might be a few days behind.
