I pay for a fridge and dishwasher. I wait a month for a scheduled delivery. Salesman tells me make sure you answer your phone on the 5th so they can deliver on the 6th. NO ONE CALLS ON THE 5TH !! They instead send a text to tell me they would deliver on the 6th make sure your ready. So that's fine. On the 6th they call I miss the call and call back approximately 15mins later. It goes straight to voice-mail. I then received a text that they were 2 stops away to be ready. 15mins later I get a text not a call that they would have to reschedule. WHAT ! REALLY ! So of course I call HD and get the complete run around. Finally after 30mins on hold I'm told they went to the wrong address and they will not deliver today. Are you serious ? You screw up and after a month of waiting you want to reschedule me. Refund me my $2900 Home Depot and I'll buy from someone else who has customer service. I will never spend another dime in Home Depot again !! Oh and I'm told that it will probably take 7 business days to get my money back. Funny it didn't take 7 seconds for you to take my money Home Depot. Absolutely terrible customer service !! If I could give 0 stars I would. I should of stuck with Lowes and I wouldn't of had this issue. Please consider this before you buy anything from Home Depot if you don't want to deal with such awful service.

You can call them directly, however I don't see why not. They will charge you a minimum delivery fee though. I suggest going online to order and you will be able to see the charges involved.
You've asked all the people who have reviewed Home Depot on Google a question. I would have to call them.
I personally left Wilmington for Charlotte. As of right now its not possible for me to return.
It's a $79 delivery fee and that's CURBSIDE... unloaded in your driveway not your yard. Look online for a mulch calculator. That will be the easiest since I don't know how deep you need it. They also sell bulk mulch for a reasonable delivery fee. Check their website.
I have never use them for a installation but I would like to know what other have to say
They subcontract the work. They will send someone to your house to check what you need then they will contact another company to take the project, however, everything will be under Home Depot watch.
