The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was a little pricey given the few options available and the coffee shop was not open, which was unfortunate. Good location.

From the front desk staff to the Bistro everyone was friendly and wonderful. This is the second time my husband and I stay here and it’s always a good experience. Amy the bartender was helpful and the food was delicious. Blessings to all of you for working hard to help everyone. The bedroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cookies are always AMAZING!!

Customer service is great, but the hotel itself could be updated or be better taken care of. Found long strands of hair everywhere in my room. Not sure our room was vacuumed. Bring yur own shower gel and hand sanitizer as there is none. Neither is there any sanitizing stations around the hotel.

Positive: The staff was really nice and helpful. Negative: The room was perfectly fine; however, we could hear everything going on outside of the room. it was hard to sleep and enjoy the quiet to be able to relax. Honestly, if we weren't right beside the elevator and stairs then this review would be different.
