I debated whether this place deserved two or three stars. Rooms are old and look worn down but are generally clean. Some employees are great, others are grumpy and/or refuse to do their jobs. Breakfast is terrible, at least if you get there after 9 (it closes at 9:30); everything is cold, half of the options are run out and not refilled, and the eggs are the worst I've ever seen, let alone eaten. May have given me food poisoning. People definitely do shady business in the back parking lot, and I'm not talking about the driving donuts into the night... however, for the price, it could be worse, because it is generally clean.

Other guest are disrespectful, blasting music after midnight. Running around the halls. Being loud. This was the only place available and i had been driving all day and night, my daughter needed to get out of the car and sleep. If I wasn’t exhausted myself and afraid I’d fall asleep at the wheel I would get a refund and leave. I paid too much for such a bad stay. Absolutely awful. Especially if you’re traveling with kids. The man at the front desk was very nice though.

This was the worst room I can remember ever having to stay in. There was remnants of feces in the toilet, hair on the duvet covers, spots/mess on the carpet, the smoke alarm was hanging down and kept chirping, the AC unit was too noisy/broken to use. Although the front desk attendants were pleasant, they could not help me and just offered condolences. I paid too much money for such a substandard experience and regret staying here.

The staff was aaaaaaammmmmaaaazzzing. They did not disappoint during my stay. I have to say that this is by far the best and first hotel experience I have ever had. Any issues I had it was solved right away. When I come back this will be my choice of hotel I just hope the same staff will be there. They made the hotel. Ggggrrrrreeeeaaaatttt staff even down to maintenance. Whoever is the manager here please keep up the good work on staffing.
