I was front desk and I seen enough. Wasn't even fully trained and they kept taking me away from my training. Taking job duties away from me lying on why they took it. If I was messing up then the right thing for leadership to do is to teach. Some people can't do that when they don't know half the system themselves. Not all the staff is bad but it outweighs the good unfortunately.

I was at Reeds Cove a few months ago for rehab and I enjoyed my month and a half stay for rehab. The staff and facility were A+ but the food was a C- but bear in mind that we all have our on taste. My wife was my care taker and she just lost her mind. She's at Wesley and can't tell them if she is married. I cannot live alone so I've contacted Reeds Cove about the possibility of returning for long term care.

Lovely place, my family was here for Rehab a couple months back. The nurses were wonderful, the CNAs always kind. We still talk about the memories.

I seen this all the time when i worked there some months ago. All he has to do is hit the call light for us cna to come in and take her to the bathroom or to get her dressed or whatever she needs done. Its his choice that he doing all that. With her not eating...ask them for a Ensure. That way she is still getting what she needs since she is not eating.Another thing whatever her favorite food would be ask the cook to make it. I mean if its reasonable. Therapy? Are they waiting for insurance to approve it?ask them for a cott for him to sleep in. We have them just ask.
