I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was fine the first couple of nights then the owner/manager kept deleting my reservations when I had a good price, one time I had to pay $20 over my reservation price and another time I had to pay $123 instead of the 70-80 reservation I had. They don’t know anything about their best western rewards, I’m a diamond member and they couldn’t even keep the rates right on the website. They kept changing the price of ONLY the type of room I was staying in.

Stopped here last moment ,later in evening ,,around 11pm. I will say the Lady up front was friendly and check in was fast and extremely easy. Now, for the price I was not expecting anything special and understood well the place was a typical facility with typical budget amenities. The room was clean ,beds were not uncomfortable,but they looked rather small even for the normal standard double bed .Almost like halfway between a twin and a full . I slept on floor so my spouse could sleep well and stretch out . The bathroom was nicely cleaned and updated tiles and floors . There was one small tube of shampoo conditioner combo for four of us , enough towels , small bar of soap , smaller bat of face soap for us four . Coffee maker and hair dryer in the room did not work ,even tried plugging in to diff sockets that I knew worked bc I was charging my phone with it . The lamp in corner could not be plugged into the socket on that corner bc the electric three prong socket on wall was hanging out and lose and unusable . I moved it to the other side of the room. Microwave and refrigerator were nice , looked new , chair in room did have holes in material but I don't expect perfect ware in a facility where pll come in and out daily using the furniture. Breakfast was 6 to 9am , I went out around 830 so they were cleaning up a bit , had sausage gravy over biscuits, breads , yogurt,coffee , juice ,the normal hot hotel budget foods with make your own pancake mix type machines ,that I find to be adequate with no issues . The room had NO BUGS, and overall was clean , I would stay again if I had to but prob would not pay 90.00 as I paid for last night . There were other places in the area in same price bracket that may be equivalent in accommodations or perhaps more so . I did not use the pool as we were there from 11pm to 10am check out and slept mostly . Overall I can not say I have any issues that overall stand out negatively.

Won't be coming back. Dirty covers, and rough towels, had to kill a big black ant on the wall.... if you're going to sign up for the job, then do it as if you were staying there for the night. Walking in the lobby I was like "This is nice" but then got to the room... 2 totally different things. I believe I've been bamboozled!

This isn't a luxury hotel, but everything was TOP NOTCH about it from the price, to the cleanliness. The staff were ALL very friendly, courteous & helpful. Tina at the front desk was so very welcoming. The lady in the dining room (wish I could remember her name) was great, kept the place spotless and was obviously happy with her job, very complementary about the owners, etc. What a breath of fresh air to find a WHOLE hotel full of happy, helpful employees! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
