I booked through priceline. They gave me accessible room, even though I did not book accessible room. The room was clean and big. They have kitchenette. Some of the utensils were not clean. Also found an insect on bed. See photo.

This hotel is in excellent condition and the staff is awesome! Having a room full size kitchen comes in handy particularly to people with strict dietary needs like me. Myka at the front desk has been very helpful to all inquiries about the area and hotel services. My refrigerator ice maker was not working but Brandon (maintenance) came to check it, and until the repair was finished he brought me ice from the lobby. Can your hotel top that? Will stay here again when visiting this area.

Traveling can be hectic, especially in bad weather. No doubt the accommodations at Candlewood Suites, as well as other hotels, has changed with the pandemic. I am confident after being greeted by the general manager at Candlewood in Mooresville, N.C., Mr. BRENT EDWARDS, the hotel was a reflection of his professionalism. Thank You for making my overnight a time of total rest.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was VERY professional and courteous. They checked me in, in a timely manner. Everyone was kind and attentive to my needs. The manager greeted me during my stay. He was extremely professional and wanted to make sure my kids and I had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Raleigh/Durham area. Thank you to everyone that accommodated my family and I. P.s. the coffee was fresh and hot!
