My family and I stay here for 2 nights for a graduation. While the staff were wonderful, the place was meh. The room was not up to par. Thank goodness it was only for two nights. The night before we leave they was a wedding party there that day. Won’t put blame on them but boy we don’t get no sleep with the loud noise not only that someone came and banged on our door at 12:35am. My whole family and I couldn’t go back to sleep after the banging a group of people stood right in front of our door talking non stop. Yeah we couldn’t wait to get the hell out there. Not only the fan was so loud to sleep with the noise didn’t help. We checked out early as hell. I should have know. Especially when we’re up there were group of people in the front of the hotel smoking and talking. Next time we visit NC, won’t stay there.

I had to switch my reservation a day earlier due a medical issue with my son and I was driving from Florida to Syracuse NY. They told me they were book that day but the manager would call me back. Well sure enough she called when I was driving and honored my third part booking a day early. Excellent customer service and I can’t thank them enough for helping me out.

Our usual hotel option is a Hampton Suites, best value imo. Overall these have been consistently clean and with friendly staff at each location. Here in NC was one of the best, I think its that southern hospitality. The room was ready and clean. The pool was outdoor and also clean and typically with few other guests. So we get to be a lil splashy. Amazing how a ball can occupy teens for over an hour in a pool. Breakfasts were good. Again, just a basic fair but perfect for us. Clean and well maintained. It saves us on the morning food costs tremendously. Nobody complains. Long post, but wanna give a shout out to the staff here. They are doing a great job at keeping everyone comfortable. All good in my book.

Awesome experience. Front desk staff was friendly and quick during check-in and check-out. They placed me in an upgraded room which was appreciated. Extremely fast internet! Free breakfast buffet was typical Hampton Inn (but still good). I would definitely stay here again.
