Had to get my car inspected, went to three places and no one had an inspector, went to Mavis and got it done. Told me 45 minutes due to a car ahead of me but I swear it wasn’t more than 25-30 minutes. Very appreciative of them getting this done. Thank you. Will be coming back next year for sure

I would highly NOT RECOMMEND you use this place for any automobile needs. I went for an oil change and tire repair. When I arrived my spare tire was in use. They couldn't repair the tire so I bought one and they put it on. When I arrived home I opened the back hatch of my SUV and there sat my spare tire! The spare is supposed to be stowed UNDER THE VEHICLE. It is a very simple task but this joker was too lazy to take the 3 minutes it would take to properly slow the tire. So all this made me wonder what other short cuts they took. I opened the hood and could clearly see they spilled out all over the engine cover. I will never go back. Especially after I told a coworker about what happened. He went on to tell me he got an oil change there and the next day his LOW OIL LIGHT came on! He pulled into a Valvoline shop and they opened his hood...guess what? Oil everywhere but where it should have gone. They added oil for free. Mavis left this man's car with literally NO OIL AND HE PAID THEM FOR AN OIL CHANGE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Finally...I emailed their customer support team Twice and they never answered. Terrible service. ZERO STARS!

service here was terrible. i brought my car in for a mount balance and alignment. they mounted the 285 (BIGGER) tires in the front (which actually made it impossible to steer so im not sure what the thought process was there) and the 255 stretched on the bigger wheel in the back. I did have two different wheel sizes and the service writer had even said it was “impossible to fit the 285s on the 19x9s, but sure enough i went back outside to look at my wheels and there they are stretched on the wrong wheel. I stayed there to get it fixed and the technician who drove my car scraped it on the curb as he pulled it back into the bay. Not only was my car mistreated but my $1300 wheels were covered in oily fingerprints from the technicians not wearing gloves, as well as my shifter having dirt and grime on it. this is unacceptable in the field and i know this because i’ve taken my service writing course as an automotive tech school student. And not only that, when I had called them a few days prior they quoted me with the price of $188 for only a mount and balance for all 4 tires but when my male friend called them they quoted him $30 per tire. Seems a little fishy no? Glad I know what I’m doing. let this be a lesson to you if you want to get work done on a car you care about make sure you watch what’s happening and hold people accountable when they mess up.

Yes, you can wait inside or outside the store while the work is done. All locations have a waiting area with access to a Television and free Wi-Fi.
