Our stay at Fairfield Inn Charlotte Mooresville/Lake Norman (120 Consumer Square Dr) was excellent. We were traveling with 9 family members and needed 3 rooms. We called while on the road and Brittany got us great rates, great rooms, recommended a great place for dinner. It could not have been any better. Brittany delivered excellent customer service. There was hair under the mattress on the bed skirt cover. Covered in hair. Hair on the toilet. Used toilet paper. The shower wouldn’t work all the way. Then we were kicked out because we complained about window cleaners seeing us naked. Which woke us up at 7am on a Sunday. And then then apparently “cheek clasping” was heard. Over all a terrible stay and won’t be going back all because one front desk manager had a bad day. Good luck! Check the mattress!!! And your bathrooms!

I simply had one of the best experiences in all my travels while staying here. Kara, the General Mgr was Phenomenal!. My room was 5star clean. The cleaning was very respectful and gave me extra towels. Her customer service was excellent. The breakfast set was off the chain. So much more than a muffin and orange juice. I wish I could remember the young lady's name but she was Awesome! I look forward to my next trip Mooresville. Kara and her staff treats you like a client but more like a friend. Stay there and experience what I'm talking about. You wont be disappointed.

Very pleasant staff. Great breakfast. Also I forgot some personal items in my room they were able to locate them and ship them to me within 2 days of me calling about them. Very much appreciate the service would definitely recommend if you're in the area
