Never have I ever run into so many rude employees at one time while trying to locate a specific item. After being misdirected to different aisles several times I tried to interact with a man trying to adjust a display rack. Me: Excuse me. Him: No acknowledgement. Me: (After a very long pause believing he was concentrating) Excuse me. Him: I can hear you just keep talking. Me: Astonished... I'm sorry. I didn't want to interrupt your concentration. Him: What do you want? Me: Explained what I was looking for and he gave me yet another aisle... I thanked him. Him: As I was walking away he yelled HEY!!! (Yes, yelled as people near me stopped at turned). Me: Stopping dead in my tracks and slowly turning I glared at him and asked if he was speaking to me. Him: He must have gotten the message and he told me the parts would be on the left. If everyone is telling customers to be patient as THEY HAVE STAFF SHORTAGES they should also have an in-service for their employees.

Not happy. Im like most people on here i wish there was a home depot in lexington so lowes could try and be better. They dont keep anything in stock you have to order it. One day i went for gutters and online it said they had 36 count of brown. But when i got there employee said all they carry is white. Its just very inconvenient when you need something and a big chain like that doesnt have it. Bad Customer service doesn’t help either.

Had an issue with Lumber lane and their delivery department. So I tried this store. First time ordering and have another issue. It's very expensive to schedule a delivery with a large remodel when a crew is on site waiting, for no one to show up. Then try pushing delivery out another week because your system glitched. It didn't glitch when you charged my card. I won't try using Lowe's again for contractor services.
Rise and Shine
Went in to exchange 2 propane tanks. Went to my house and 1 tank had a small leak (3/4 of a tank and it was new). Went back to return it and was handed a tank that was significantly lighter but new, Rejected it and the next tank was heavy. Went back home and for the heck of it, I went and had it topped off at a propane company. It was 9/10 of a Gallon low or 3.70 lbs. The tank I didn't return was a half a gallon low or 2.10 lbs so between 2 tanks equaling 40lbs the tanks were only 34.20lbs. To refill them is only $16 but to exchange is $22. So, these tanks will be refilled from now on. Lowes should get a new propane provider.

Dont let lowes install a fence either. Nightmare. They lied about everything. No call backs. Horrible experience. Customer service sucked.They outsource all the work. The only good thing the fence installers did a great job. But i will never let lowes do anything for me.

No. I've returned things to stores other than the original one and never had any issues with it
