Didn't have a wheelchair for the guests who have mobility issues I had foot surgery and couldn't even go in the store to look ...not every place has that option and I understand but nonetheless should have had something for accommodations

This review is from my Christmas Eve experience only...Belk normally rates a 5 star. It's my fault for waiting until the last minute but their inventory was lacking; zero men's BLACK men's dress shoes, no Christmas sweaters, very limited men's jeans & very looong check-out lines. Again, normally my experience at Belk rates 5 stars.

Good sale today! I like the quality of clothing in this store and in womens I feel there is a large selection. However when checking out I was only able to find one person at their register. I know the job consists of multitasking, but one individual seen me walking with my items to their register and proceeded to walk away. Friendliness of staff has also been an issue on most of my trips here.
