i walked in and there was a 20 minute wait, perfectly fine. up until the old mixed lady called my name and i sat in the chair. it went completely downhill from there. I said I wanted one inch off of everything, a trim. i ended up getting 3-4+ inches cut off of my hair entirely, and my hair is my prized possession. while she was cutting my hair I tried not to cry because she was messing everything up. while she was cutting my hair a lady walked into the salon & complained about the same lady cutting my hair. she said she completely messed up her hair and made it uneven. when i got up out of the chair i started crying. i still paid and tried to make it seem like i didn’t hate it because I’m a good person..but geez this lady needs to be fired ASAP. I’m not one to complain but hair is important for most people, messing it up consistently for numerous customers..she deserves her job taken from her.

They are very good at the job they do at this Great Clips location. The staff is courteous and professional and the entire process of checking-in and checking-out is hassle-free. I do, however, like to recommend to increase the number of seats available for people waiting to get a haircut. That will send a good message to the customers. Moreover, I believe the stylists should recommend any after-haircut procedures to treat hair for beauty, style, and/or protection to the customers and show them any products they have available in-store to that end.

Love going to great clips but this last time the stylest had an attitude the whole time with my five year old because he couldn't hold his head still while she was pulling his hair to cut it so she won't be cutting none of my kids hair anymore but other than that it's a good place to go
