Love this Music Store! I have been going here for years and I will continue to do so as long as I can! Whenever I need a part, I give them a call, and have that part put on the instrument 10 minutes later! Staff is always friendly and willing to share a good joke. I would recommend to anyone stopping here before going to any big chain music store. Music unlimited provides the best service around, and I will definitely be back soon - Eric P.s. Great shop if you go a few hours after open. Been there 4 times just after they were supposed to be open but they're never there at the hours posted. I guess the owner likes sleeping in. Spent over a grand at Ted Brown instead.

Gonna Learn

The only reason I gave them 1 star was because Google made me do it. This vendor does not deserve any positive comments ! I purchased a Luna acoustic from their on-line site in July. Paid in full immediately with PayPal. I did not receive the guitar - did not any receive shipping or tracking information. Requested status of order through website contact form - no response. Emailed - no response. Called store - no response. Left voice mails - no response. Did each off those things again to make sure but still - no response. Finally, forced to file a dispute with PayPal - vendor did not respond to that either. I was truly hoping to receive this guitar to replace my daughter's that had burned in a home fire. PayPal was nice enough to issue a refund Sept 20th so, all I can do now is warn others of this company's business practices This vendor doesn't care about customers at all, they apparently just care about getting your money.
