4 stars for the whole place. Great customer service at the kids arcade but 1 star for the server Brenden J. He was rude and very disrespectful. We hope he can have the chance to take his job seriously and provide a great customer service experience to the families that visit the restaurant. Or maybe he just need another type of job where humans interactions are minimum or limited….

The people are always super friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The machines are old and are always needing adjusted. The lanes themselves are pretty dry most of the week. The area in which you sit, is pretty clean. The food is Hit-or-miss depending on what you order. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun.

I always enjoy a visit to the Tri-cities and experiencing a small casino. Odds don’t change but the family atmosphere reminds me of the series Cheers. Everyone knows each other and everyone is friendly. Pretty much everything I dislike about Vegas casinos is the exact opposite. Actually don’t mind losing. Lol, we’ll maybe a little. If you want a quiet, subdued (dark), and friendly “dive” casino (and that is the highest compliment I can pay a place). This is a great choice

Put $30 on a card and then they proceeded to turn off all the arcade machines 20min early. I asked for a refund as I live across the state and they basically told me to pound sand
