My main frustration would be that they do not have much stock. Oftentimes you will see large spaces on a rack completely empty. It has been that way since they opened. Update.....after a few years, things are starting to fill in. Much more to shop.

Plus size clothing section is larger than Marshall's and will sometimes have cute things. They do get in some boho decor. Beauty section is small and is poorly stocked sometimes. I would like to see more wide shoes.

I witnessed a Karen in action being an absolute jerk to an associate who was doing everything in her power to keep the customer happy. The customer was returning multiple items with no receipt and only half the tags while her kid ran around the store like Karen offspring tend to do. The associate who we will call 2133899 was calm polite and friendly and was doing an excellent job multitasking while Karen through every curveball at this young lady. If I was the associate I would have lost my composure but she did not she stayed polite and handled the Karen with tact and composure. She deserves recognition for showing up and taking the abuse that she did not deserve. I would have quit on the spot.
