There was a Roach in my room they tried saying there was no roach in my room but I have video proof. And I’m highly allergic to them. Kinda sad how there’s little to no remorse for this kinda treatment. Kinda messed up how they tell me there was no roach but whatever. He also laughed at me. Never go here. That’s why it’s so cheap to stay. Will never be back. He laughed and said there’s no roach but I have video proof.

Employees were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t have smoke detector in my room. There is black mold on the ceiling. When I was trying to take a hot shower I noticed cold water was dripping on my head and low and behold there was a huge crack in the ceiling that was leaking. I had gone to Walmart for like 5 mins to get some groceries and my dog managed to open our front door 3 times while I was gone so some safety questions were raised for me after that especially since I’m a female alone while my husband works. If the place was updated and the door actually locked it would be a lot better.

Positive: The location was great! Negative: The receptionist told us that she needs to put a $50 hold on our card for the duration of our stay in case there were damages to the room. Instead they put a $180 hold on my card till we left and didn¿t tell us! The washcloths were dirty.

They told us that they had to put a $50 hold on my card for the duration of our stay in case there were damages. They instead put a $185 hold on my card and didn’t tell us! They did refund our money but not until an expensive bill overdrafted in my account because they took out way more than they were supposed to! The wash clothes had a brown mark on one and a couple hairs in the other. Would not recommend this hotel.
